Electoral Reform and s. 3 of the Charter

The Aboriginal Council of Winnipeg intervened at the Court of Appeal in the Fair Voting case, to argue for an interpretation of the right to vote that would account for Indigenous worldview difference when considering meaningful participation and effective representation.
